I completed the Quest to obtain the Nova Mortis.
My understanding is that the Abadon/SolarLord quest would drop after Nova was completed.
My Dawning Book is completed.
There is an indicator over the Warlock Vanguard in the tower, but no dialogue takes place when speaking to Ikora.
There is no option at the Weapons Vendor for the SolarLord quest.
Please advise.

After completing the nova lord quest you talk to Zavala. He's the one who gives you the quest for the solar lord.
