The advent of teams of 6 or more going into a specific instance and completing a boss or set of bosses is something that's been around in MMOs for a long time, since the early 2000's at least. That being said, and besides the fact this game we are being forced to play PVP to make up for the lack of actual content delivered from what was promised.
I know im not the only one. It cant just be me. I went through 3 teams today, before every time, I asked each and every person as they joined if they knew how to do the raid, specifically the vosik challenge(hard mode) as well as the rest of the raid. Keep in mind I'm running this on my 385, and I'm not dying. Without fail, three times in a row, we get into the raid and the questions begin...after we fail the first run because people have no idea what's going on. How do I have a team full of people over 390 that cant do freaking Vosik on hard mode?
So literally every time I post, if it doesn't immediately get flooded and sent 80000 pages away, and they know what they are doing, they do the part they need and back out,
--------------> AM I THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS YOU SHOULD BE LOCKED IN YOUR RAID TEAM, AND BE PEANALIZED FOR BACKING OUT?<------------
-Why is it so hard to get a team of normal players who don't completely suck? I guess level means nothing anymore, and neither does gear, so how do YOU tell if someone is good or not?

I feel the same way about PvE. I havent even finished the raid, but I have gone flawless numerous times during RoI. 3/4 of the record book is PvE challenges. I hate it :p

reminds me of every other raid I tried to do in destiny.

Well I'm 385 and (even though I want to) I haven't stepped foot in the WotM because in Year 1 I did VoG regularly with friends but they got bored and stopped playing a long time ago. I don't mind dying if progress is made or people recognize what they did wrong which is how me and my team got through VoG and Skolas but after bumbling about with LFG in Crota after my friends left I just feel like it's not worth the stress and aggravation of looking for players who aren't just looking for a carry and easy loot.

Shit happens but if there's more than a few stupid screw ups, I start checking completions. On normal mode, I'd be happy to explain everything, just be honest that you don't know what you're doing and willing to listen/learn. On hard mode, if you have 0 completions on any mode, I will ask you to leave and just kick you if you don't. No matter what your LL is, you should NOT be doing hard mode if you don't know the basics from normal.

Bearbeitet von NYDIBS: 11/6/2016 4:55:32 PMNot dying doesn't mean you are contributing though I recently ran with a 385 and he didn't die, but he also didn't shoot adds or the captains and did very little DPS My advice is, when you find a team that knows what they're doing, shoot them some friend requests. Don't rely on lfg

What's worse? I tried running normal mode, everyone 380+. Got stuck on vosik. Teams are so hit or miss it's ridiculous. It's like people got worse from KF, because there if you had one bad player you're screwed. Here you need at least 3 bad players to have trouble.

That's why I only play with people I know. ps, I'm 395 and I haven't done hard mode or challenge mode yet.
