I have tried everything to get this sorted including clearing the cache, resetting the wifi router and the PlayStation but to no avail. It is getting beyond a joke if I'm honest. Please can this be sorted asap I would like to enjoy a game with my friends at some point before the new release comes out or I will be inclined to cancel my pre order. PS4 id is PegasusStargazer
