Every weapon is different... but, so far,
-stability and double stability plus target adquisition in high rate of fire guns (arminius, soulstealer, grasp of malok)
-and range and mobility in slow rate of fire.
Additional, popular perks are firefly, luck in the chamber, 3rd eye, hidden hand, unflinching.
To avoid at all cost: vaccum (this one real sucks), guerrilla fighter, replenish on primary... everything else is up to your subclass and game style.

Both... arminius before the nerf with double stability and target adquisition, now grasp is even better with the same set up... Or, slow rate of fire, haakons hatchet with range finder, hits like a truck
