EDIT: two good points I've seen is to increase recoil from shots by 30% and also to leave the flinching the way it is when shields are present but once they're gone if you get hit it will de-scope you.
Coming from someone who likes sniping, and every other aspect of this game. Tell me something, fellow members.
Should snipers be de-scoped when shot with high impact primaries?
Should they be de-scoped when head shot with any primary?
Should they be de-scoped at all?
Please be educated with your counterargument.
I believe if you're using a high impact HC or Scout or even Pulse you should be able to de-scope them with head shots.
Don't be biased, let's see some educated answers.

Only those weapons should cause a descope. But honestly, if the flinch pattern wasn't completely predictable, meaning even when flinched, the reticle will return to the exact position, and the hit boxes for head shots weren't so large, then none of this would be a problem. However, I'm open to ANY solution that changes the current Sniper meta.
