I remember playing and beating the first Turok and the last Turok on Xbox 360. (I think that was the last Turok) I didn't play or like the Turoks in between, but may try to explore those one day.
Yea I miss the offline glory days. I always considered Halo Reach the peak of the offline vs online, because you had a equal choice and nothing was online locked like most games are today.

The other Turok games weren't bad... Turok 2 was the most popular to everyone I knew growing up though. Admittedly, I never played Turok Wars or the last game that came out on last gen consoles. I'll eventually get around to them, I'm sure... but for now, I'll revisit the original. I liked gathering at a friend's place with controller in hand (sometimes console depending on which friend's place) and playing some Halo 2. Just as much fun offline as it was on.
