Monte carlo with aggressive ballistics used to be a stand out because it would do 21 to the head and had lots of range but after the nerf it's impossible to use agg ballistics and still hit anything. Nobody complained agg ballistics was op bungie just like to piss people off

  • Actually the AG ballistics nerf was based solely on the fact that it messed with Jon W. balance math. That little extra impact screwed with weapon balance in PvP. Even though only a few exotics actually have AG Ballistics and really did not make said weapon equipped with AGBallistics broken or overpowered. In PvE it nets you an extra 10 points damage and in PvP it added 2-3 points damage and for that you now get a 10 point stability penalty. Just another example of arbitrary decisions based off of graphs and "the numbers" and not community feedback or actual time spent in game.
