Overwatch is the first Multiplayer only game that has fully sucked me in. The gameplay is so smooth, the characters are all interesting, balanced(for the most part, looking at you JUNKRAT!) characters, and amazing maps. I was gone paying 60 for it, and I'm not regretting my decision.
Battleborn does nothing for me. Plain and simple. It feels like a watered down version of Overwatch's multiplayer. That's my opinion of course.

Just use pharah to kill junkrat. He will most likely be unable to hit you.
-
I have no idea how battleborn multiplayer would seem watered down when it is by far more complex.
-
Why does junkrat need a beartrap? Not like he needs to be able to be precise. All he is is covering a whole objective with explosives without trying
-
It does 50 damage (a lot for squishy characters) and makes them sitting ducks, and he doesn't need to be accurate, of course, but a non-moving target is Much easier to kill. Direct hits with junkrat grenade launcher almost outright kill most characters outside tanks.
-
Shooting bastion is fun if he doesn't see you because by the time the first grenade hits all three needed to kill him are already fired
-
Yup. Not to mention you don't even have to be in his line of sight, you can bounce them around corners. He's the best indirect counter.
-
It's super satisfying to place a trap and mine then catch somebody and see a tracer or genji in the kill feed. I've stopped charging reinhardts and shelled them as well as the grenade/mine combo. You shoot a grenade at a close enemy and immediately throw your mine and detonate it. About 250 burst damage and knocks you apart as well.

How is Junkrat not balanced
-
He's basically a demo from TF2 without nearly as much damage falloff on the explosions across their radius. As a result he can just fire blindly in a direction and kill a bunch of people without even really hitting them. That's also partially a problem with how little health so many characters have relative to how much damage they deal, but he's very much an issue in the way the turret characters can be.

The TF2 demo an could kill any character including the heavy in 4 shots. It takes a year and a half to kill a road hog, no matter your class.
-
Not what I'm talking about. In TF2 if you don't land a direct hit the grenades do barely jack shit. In this game they seem to do full damage anyways.
