Flinch when getting shot and you have a sniper should be increased
Dont you hate it when you get the first couple shots on a someone using a sniper when using a primary but you still lose that gunfight? It's like you shouldn't get rewarded if you are the first one to start shooting but this is [b]my[/b] opinion so if you have a different opinion put it in the comments.

I feel the same way. It's as if the snipers in year two don't de-scope they are able to keep scoped in no matter what. Let's say there's a guy with a sniper and I spot him first. He sees me and I'm constantly ADSing his face and somehow his bum ass lands a headshot on me. I'll inspect the player and no-unflinching-perk.
