I don't have a problem with that....I have a problem when a cop rolls up and guns down a black 12 year old holding a toy gun. This post is implying there's zero problem with police brutality

Wasn't that 12-year old aiming a realistic Airsoft gun, with the orange thing at the end removed, at them? If so, then yes, they shouldn't have shot him, but he's pretty dumb if he aims a realistic toy gun at them. If not, my bad, those officers need to be convicted.
-
You don't just roll up and gun down a CHILD without trying to find out what's going on
-
I said they shouldn't have shot him. At worst, he should have been scolded for aiming what looks like a firearm at them. However, would you have preferred that they dismissed it because he's a child? Because that would be careless. Plus, unless they were right next to him, they wouldn't have been able to tell that the gun was fake, so they believed him to be a threat.
-
No, you do. Gangs can and have done recruiting that young simply because it usually makes people hesitate. If you aim a real looking gun at a cop, regardless of whether or not it's actually real, you're getting shot. Simple as that.

Wasn't that the rice kid who pulled out the gun and pointed it towards the officers when thy showed up?
-
You just made yourself look extremely ignorant.
-
Uhm...how?
-
Bearbeitet von Black: 2/28/2016 5:01:08 PMBecause that's not what happened. The cops had the right to shoot and kill the kid. When the cops rolled up the kid went for his waist. They knew he had a gun, so they did what procedure was. Stop acting like the cops didn't have the right or it wasn't the right thing to do. People like you are ignorant.

People don't understand survival mode. A friend of mine went hunting and got in danger - their instincts kicked in and they don't even remember firing the amount of shots they did. Anyways, the moral of the story is: don't make a cop think their life is in danger.
-
Exactly and people don't seem to understand That. Yes the gun ended up being a toy but there was no report of that in the beginning.
-
I saw the video dude. They were told on the 911 call that it was "probably a toy" and instead of stopping away and approaching slowly they rolled right up and shot him within 2 seconds. If you were I pull your head out of your ass you'd realize that was a problem
-
Bearbeitet von Black: 2/28/2016 5:11:26 PMYes I watched the video too but thats not what happened. The police did not know that there was a chance that of the gun being fake. The dispatch did not rely that information. Also that was just speculation at first. When the police rolled up the kid went for his waist. The police knew he had a gun on him. The gun did not have an orange tip and that made it lethal. The police had the right to shoot and kill the kid because he went for his waist. You need to get your head out of your ass and stop being ignorant. The police had the right to shoot and kill, just get over it already. And I quote Cleveland police have released a video showing the moment that officers shot a 12-year-old boy in a park on Sunday. Tamir Rice can be seen playing in the snow with a pellet gun before sitting at a bench for three minutes. As the police drive up he can be seen standing up and moving the gun at his waist. Two officers get out with their guns drawn and the boy falls, disappearing behind the car. Rice died of his wounds the following day. Stop being ignorant.
-
Fūcking listen to yourself man. "The police had the right to kill a kid" it was a fūcking toy!!!!!
-
How about this. I aim a realistic gun at you and you tell me if it's real or not. Then I pull the trigger and you'll see if you're right.
-
They didn't know it was a toy. They knew there was a call that the kid was pointing the gun at people. What the cops did was right end of story no matter what you believe. Whatever man. If you really want to defend the murder of an innocent child, that just reflects on you
-
If you want to keep on being ignorant, that's on you what the cops did was right end of story. But you're too ignorant to see that and understand police protocol
-
Whatever man, you're right. The cops were right to immediately shoot the 12 year old. They shouldn't have approached from farther away, weapons drawn to try and defuse the situation without any bloodshed. The RIGHT thing to do is roll right up and gun him down in less than 2 seconds. Serve and protect
-
Bearbeitet von Black: 2/28/2016 5:24:54 PMYou're so ignorant there's no reason to keep arguing with you. You obviously know nothing about police protocol. The report was a kid was pointing a gun at people. The police rolled up and the kid went for his waist. The police knew he had a gun. Police protocol calls for the right to shoot when the suspect is armed and drawing a weapon or the police officers life is endanger.

I'm not ignorant, you're just a pile of shit human being. Good day, fūcker
-
No you are ignorant because you have no idea what you're talking about. Keep being ignorant though it will only hurt yourself.
-
Jesus find a new word to use
-
OK you're extremely idiotic and unintelligent. You think you know what you're talking about but you have no idea in the slightest

Thank you, thank you so much for this post.
