Okay, so you don't want the damage changed on snipers. However, changing the damage in some way would be the most straightforward way to buff high RoF snipers. I don't want the high RoF archetype nerfed because the high impact ones are performing too well [i]again[/i]. So, here are some of my proposed changes for nerfing high impact snipers while keeping others strong:
-Increased aim deflection when shot
-Decreased aim/stow speed
-Decreased movement speed when held
-Higher RoF snipers have more damage for non-precision hits
These changes, some of which are inspired by the last rebalance, will help ensure that snipers aren't too strong, as well as making high RoF snipers more forgiving for missed shots. Thoughts?
