Okay first off. Inb4 git gud. So I was playing trials with my team just a few minutes ago and we were doing fairly well. We managed to get 7-0 with out mercy in tact with little problems. Now, before everygame, as we are loading in. I like to check all the stats of the other players via destinytrialsreport. Its a good advantage to have when you know everything the other players are using, their k/d and so on. Up to our 8th game on our trials card all of the teams we played against had an average ELO score of around 1300-1400 with the exception of a couple of 1500-1600 players. Everything was fine until our 8th game. During this game this happened. Which is just slightly above average. the first team we lost to had an average ELO of 1700, which is well above average. The second team had an average ELO of 1565. Which is also well above average. So my point is this. instead of the pretty lazy "matching by wins on the card" system. Can we please, for the love of god, get a real ranking system. I still fail to see why the halo 1-50 ranking system is not being used in trials. Please tell me. Is it because people were making low game level 50 accounts and selling them? Because that is still happening. The difference is instead of spending the time to make an account and level it up to 50 in the rankings, all people have to do now is be good and charge for trials carries (which btw goes from $40 - $80 usd) FOR EVERY TEAM THEY CARRY. please make the matching system better. I would be fine with an Average ELO matching system. Or even an Average K/dr system. something, anything. also poll to see what the community thinks.
