First Curse: Increase the accuracy of hand cannons in general (the blanket nerf was total overkill) Fabian Strategy: Oh my, this poor little thing... Perk increases respective stats by 30% each, rather than the normal, which is ~15% Super Good Advice: Ill lend some super good advice for this weapon (wink) Add hidden perk for increased hip fire accuracy (very noticeable) Dragon's Breath: Increase duration of solar flare Enemies killed with the solar flares make new ones (max 3) I think thats about all I got :)
