This was copy and pasted from a question similar to yours on this thread as a response I've copy and pasted it so I don't have to rewrite it again the scenario is as follows: They spent $82.(And some amount of change) on a downloaded game and add on content for that game. I don't have the extra money to spend due to bills and obligations. That's why I'm trying to solve the matter without having to pay. The game was Dragon ball z xenoverse and add on content for that game(this I remember off hand because it was the most expensive purchase at one time being $50+ dollars.) and another games add on content which I can't remember atm but I could go through my email and find the info on the other purchases. I didn't get contacted by PlayStation I received emails of purchase and then contacted the bank on confirmation emails of the Times purchased and I THEN CONTACTED PLAYSTATION to dispute the charges. An investigation then went underway in which I had to provide my accounts information(email and password) so the bank and psn could verify the purchases. That was then done and the BANK refunded my money NOT PlayStation. Therefore there's a balanced owed to the PlayStation store for the things purchased. That's what a representative said over the phone to me. I hope this clarifies what your asking and your understanding. Thank you
