Everybody has come across one of these players during a strike, you enter a strike and you start running towards the first objective but you notice that at least one person from your fireteam isn't doing anything. Yeah we're dealing with someone who is AFK and just want to be a leech.
Basically people are like to enter a strike, watch tv and enjoy the reqards afterwards when about 15 minutes have passed. Some even take measures to not be disconnected for standing still for to long by holding their thumbstick in an angle so they start walking.
I don't mind having one person leave as a new person can join halfway the strike, the thing I'm personally anoyed by are these leeches.
Bungie needs to think of something that will deal with these people such as adding a rule that will make that person actively take part in the strike. Rules such as:
1st rule: You need to be inside the boss room at the end within a certain amount of time when 1 or both other fireteam members enter this room or you will be kicked.
Basically like adding a 6 minute timer when the first person enters and change it to 3 minutes when the second person enters the room.
2nd rule: You need to do at least x amount of damage in the strike or you won't receive any rewards. (People who enter midgame have to do less amount of damage).
Everyone should be able to achieve this certain amount of damage even if they've never gotten a kill in that strike.
As a part of the fireteam you need to be doing your part by adsisiting the other two guardians. Some people may say that deaths will decrease the possibility to achieve that score since you're out of the game, but then that means you're not actively taking part in your fire team and merely acting as a lone wolf. It's the risk you take.
I hope I get positive reactions and that people agree that Bungie needs to deal with this.

I understand everyones struggle and how kick thing woyld be abused but take this into consideration, you start up your tuesday morning early. No friends on so you say why not and jump into matchmaking for weekly heroic and get stuck with a leechers... Damn. So you decide to tough it out, run it thinking, maybe they just needed to grab something real quick so you do it waiting and waiting and about halfway through you get a popup allowing you to kick the person, but this button only comes up after, say not enough damage is being put out in comparison to the whole group rather than a set amount to put out, because honestly just focus only on headshots with a sniper and easily surpass that damage limit. Or maybe you get this button whenever the player hasnt entered the boss room after say 3mins, or even the next are after 4 because maybe like before they actually needed to grab something before they started the strike and took longer than expected? Just something i thought of while reading comments. HazordouS out and don't forget guardians, Become Legend!
