Alright folks, I can officially confirm to you guyz that the patch does indeed work...I just did about 20 runs with my Titan on normal and hard, he's lvl 34...then I switched to my Warlock he's lvl 26 and got it on the 1st try. Not to mention the grinding I've done over the past few days.
