I finally got it on my 18th I think the more you do it the better ur chances increase. I was on Xbox one btw and doing normal not hard

Ya I just got it, I already upgraded it too lool to eidolon alley. Now I just need to upgrade that, and I can finally use the crux that's been sleeping in my vault.
