No. Just change your password and associated email to the account.
Oh wait. My reading comprehension sucks at the moment. Read a bit further down your link.
I don't think Bungie can or will do anything. It's just not in their policy. They don't even restore things when it's their "fault."

ha. its all good, I already did all the updates (email.. password). Sony is just taking forever to get my account back. I kinda figured they dont restore things... but when I complain/cry in the future I at least want to be able to say i tried to be proactive. ya know?

Bearbeitet von catrodsan: 8/8/2015 2:07:32 AMIf you changed the pw, you should be safe. I had to change my pw and my account is primary on my system. And I had to sign in again. As far as primary accounts and stuff, that's Sony's bit. They should have access to those things online with 2 step verification

I did a deactivation 4 months ago, sony only allows one deactivation every 6 months. So I am up a creek without a paddle for another month and half unless sony does something.

Dang. Well this one isn't your fault. Just guilt them by reminding them about the PSN hack of years past.

Whats funny is I Activated my account as primary when Sony had just been hacked hard and they advised everyone to switch their passwords and make sure their account was activated as primary... they even brought it up on the call that they were hacked. The only thing I could say was..... "well..... how do you think we should be handling this situation there sony?" ... their response "we cant do anything"
