I'm grateful you're fixing the husk of the pit, but really... I have to wait a month just to get a common auto rifle... You can't just fix it Tuesday

Well yeah, otherwise how would they get you to play longer? I figure it this way: if a player or team want to get through a particular section the "right" way, that's their choice. But if a player or team want to "cheese" a section, that should also be their choice. So what if someone found a better or faster or "not according to your rules" way to play the game. They went to the trouble of discovering that by playing the game, and Bungie punishes them for their time and effort by imposing their rule and "fixing" the raid.
