I always had a problem with how they picked mods back in the day. The selection procedure seemed highly biased and in 9/10 cases they'd grab someone from *insert name of group*, some bungie.org regular and/or close friend. It rarely (never) felt like they went for some "neutral" bungie.net contributor. I also had a problem with how the staff seemed to spend more time on gaf and other sites, rather than their own.
That said, from what I can understand ,Cozmo actually works for Bungie now, he's not just some volunteer. This changes things. So no, I don't have a problem with Cozmo being - in some peoples eyes - an outsider.

Since I have been playing Arkham Knight I read your user name in the Joker's voice and laugh.

It's fairly easy for a gold post here to turn into one of the following instead of constructive discussion: "OMG I GOT RECOGNIZED BY BUNGIE" "LOOK AN EMPLOYEE *drool*" "Spam complaints about a personal problem not even remotely related to the thread topic and derails the focus."
