Husk of the Pit not dropping
Destiny Player Support recently launched an investigation into the drop rate of "Husk of the Pit" due to a noticeable increase in player reports that it was not dropping. We learned that there is in fact a bug that's preventing the Husk from dropping during the "Fist of Crota" mission. Please read Destiny Player Support's [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/help/article/13160]official help article[/url] for more information on this subject.

Oh wow...you've gotta be -blam!-ing kidding me... So now not only do I have to go online to figure out any part of a story in this game... but now I apparently have to get on here and check to make sure what is and isn't broken, since this games company can't get their shit together! What the -blam!- Bungie...bet if this was Halo -blam!-ing planet grind this shit wouldn't be a constant issue. @%$!#*&%$#@!%&$#!*@#.

However, since the house of wolves dlc came out (and by that i mean it was unlocked from the disc) people have been complaining that the husk doesn't drop. Forum moderators and Bungie, on the other hand, assured us that the husk was still dropping. Is there a reason you don't listen to your community/fans?

2 AntwortenThis is largely the hottest thread in the help forums and addresses the obtain-ability of a flagship weapon of an entire DLC that you have gone through the effort of specifically buffing in an upcoming patch. A status update a some point today would be awesome as I can barely contain my excitement to spew those mean green bullets that cause B-E-A-UTIFUL arcsplosions all over my screen. (I also expect many more angsty crux holders will be joining us today with the weekly reset!)

3 AntwortenI made a bet for my cousin if I got him 8-0 in trials he would get the husk of the pit for me since it's common weapon I got him flawless and he was on my account and I was on his he farmed on my account for 2 and a half hours trying to get it for me I only wanted it cause I've been having the crux of Crota , they should buy this because if your Gona have a Crux and not Gona use it then theirs no point of getting it in hard , I'm not being harsh this is just my complain because I didn't the mission was bugged because i did it 30 times

1 AntwortenThanks for the update. Sadly I wasted hours trying to farm it. The mods on the App reasured me it does drop and to keep grinding. So I did. Finally I gave up. I have 3 crux of crotas, infinite black wax idols, and hours wasted finding a POS common item that mods told me I could get. But bungie makes up for it by not giving me Xurs weapon and giving me an emblem. I guess that makes up for time wasted. PS I got increasingly angry ad I wrote the above PSS Now that I am calm, I am thankful that I find this game fun and hope that bungie can resolve this issue

Since you (Bungie) are quite slow at fixing (anything), you might want to have Eris sell the Husk. At least until you fix the bug. It's only fair. (and logical)
