Final Round on Snipers
Bring them back. Missed out on a Spear and I'd love to shoot a noob in the knee and kill him.
But seriously, if some people have this perk for the Trials when others don't, then they're at a serious advantage. Especially when they waste their bullets down to the final round

Either take it away and make it a "Final Round etc etc on Non-Guardians" or make Final Round obtainable which makes more sense. It's all I ran into in Trials, so I had to equip Messenger and P&T, it's the only way I was getting them. I love sniping too, but it kinda forces you to not snipe against them sometimes. Especially if you're going up against two. In one match today it was a 1v1 situation and I saw this warlock running away but popping off some shots trying to get his final round, I ended up getting him because I kept shooting him down with my Messenger, tbagged his b*tch ass at the end of it too. Dudes be so cheap.

Usually doesn't help much. And then there's those time when you use you last round and get a headshot anyway lol. Though shooting a fresh guardian in the knee is hilarious and sparks lots of skyrim quotes You are right, removing access to the perk for latecomers is even worse that the previous status quo. I've also heard that it is still available. Would be nice if you could see what the perk possibilities were before re rolling.

3 AntwortenI don't see why you would empty out mag when you can have a higher possibility of more kills with a full mag. Just one kill isn't too big of a deal, and when they do empty it out, they'll have less special ammo for you to worry about

1 AntwortenI'd rather see a perk meant to extend the precision hitbox for the Sniper to the upper torso. It would help make the snipers feel like they do in COD. Yeah I know this isn't COD but Snipers are snipers, they ought to pack incredible stopping power. Our brain is important, but so is a lot of what's in our upper torso. I think this change would provide the ability for more players to enjoy sniping's rewards and help drive players away from Final Round because they know getting one shot kills with any of the sniper's shots will become much more likely.

I have final round on my spear, and honestly, I'm using field scout. Why waste the ammo when I should be able to take out between 3 and 6 people per mag?

The final round perk should be brought back simply because of the advantage players get with that perk if they have it on a sniper. I've never been able to get one on any sniper when it was available and was unable to play Iron Banner when it was being sold. I also think they need to retract the nerf they did on armor piercing rounds. If they retract the nerf from armor piercing rounds then they can leave the final round perk alone for all I care. Having armor piercing rounds back to their former stats would make me feel almost on par with people with final round snipers. But having both would be the best deal I could ever ask for.

Im not saying you, but theres some crappy players out there, so self refection would be good. I like your call to bring it back rather then ban it, it isn't fair that i got it and you can't get it, then agian day 1er advantage, why shouldn't we get something for the ridiculous grind in the early days.

3 AntwortenFinal Round should remain and work as designed in PvE, but it should not do a damn thing in Crucible. You should not be able to get a one-shot kill with a sniper rifle unless it is a headshot.

Beat an entire team of final rounders during the last trials rotation to finish out my card and go flawless. I agree, it's over powered, but it can be countered. They removed it for a reason, it's a broken perk. I would assume that we will no longer be able to ascend our legendaries with the next update, which will make these weapons void in the future.
