One final plea for help

Evening all, I wonder if anyone may be able to help me get in touch with Bungie as I'm having issues with Destiny and have tried everything I can think of. After downloading House of Wolves for Xbox 360, I continually get the following error when I try to sign in to Destiny: ERROR - Expansion content must be present on your xbox 360 hard drive in order to be played. Please exit the game and transfer your expansion content to the xbox 360 hard drive and try again. I've tried deleting the expansion and re-downloading, clearing the cache, formatting my hard drive and starting fresh, formatting another hard drive and trying that (signed in for 10 mins before kicking me and giving me the error message again), power cycling, deleting my profile, etc. I have posted on the forum a few times and people have been really helpful but we never managed to find a solution. All other downloads are working perfectly. I've spent hours on Microsoft support chat (they're awesome) but no solution from them either. Can anyone point me in the direction of Bungie or ask them to contact me? I really just want them to listen to the issue and let me know if they've heard of it before? To be honest I don't even care if they tell me it will never work again. At least I can get my money back for the House of Wolves expansion and finish with Destiny. Such a shame as I loved Destiny and have been a massive Bungie fan for years. Thanks in advance for any input :)

  • Hi Bim Jeem, It sounds like you've gone through most of the troubleshooting steps we would recommend. Can you please verify whether you're using a Disc version of Destiny? And if so, please tell me the Region Code listed on your disc (NTSC, PAL) Finally, if you were able to play for a short time but were later locked out it sounds like you might having a problem with your console's ability to read content from the harddrive. You might want to reach out to Microsoft for additional help with this issue.
