They cannot ever really do that for they could complain to xbl or psn about it for it would be slander and could put bungie in hot water for doing that.

This is not true in the slightest. The game creators hold explicit rights to handle the content as they see fit, if BUNGIE wanted to put a mark on the players psn or Xbox profile instead of destiny profile, only then could the offender complain

Bearbeitet von LordofChaos: 6/7/2015 9:15:49 PMIncorrect for the game developers still have to follow the console developers tos or they can get their game pulled from the console and not allowed on it anymore. the console tos supersedes the game tos and always has. the console tos is the final rule on what is allowed or not on that console regardless of which game developer created the game or not. which is why all updates and patches have to be approved by the console developers before they can be made live to the game. which is why most major updates/patches take a long time to ever go live in a game even if the developer was able to finish it in just a few days. it has to be approved by the console developer first.
