Aka only for Destiny not to help the forums

To be fair, those are the only parts that potentially have a direct affect on Cash Flow, so as a corporation, it's easy to see the prioritization of their essential assets.

But, if they treat their community like mobile wallets rather than actual people, then the company will eventually be hated by the entire community. I know for sure that a big portion of the veterans either retreated to the groups or abandoned ship because of this. There are some here and there that I recognize on the forums, but they too, are pretty bitter about it as much as I am.

The assumption is that more than the veterans feel this way. The "veterans", the used to be celebrated Mythics, they are such a small minority. The Destiny players, the bulk of the population, they enjoy this Bungie. They like it. To them, it's all good. They didn't see the old site, it isn't a thing to them. So Bungie pampers them and feeds them and they help foster growth for this new Bungie. I don't think there is a malicious plot to stamp us out, just a sensible business model that a number of users were displaced by.

I guess that business model had a side effect of pretty much exiling and shunning a good portion of their old community. Though, at this point, it's not my problem. I don't really consider myself a part of the Bungie community anymore, or at the very least, I don't consider myself as part of the new Bungie community that took the place of the old Bungie community. I found greener pastures, and I'm only really here just to hang out with a few select groups, since my friends are in those groups.

A lot of old users feel that way and trust me, there is no place in the community for them anymore. I even feel wrong, like I don't fit in and I'm only a few years. You are an old egg this is not for your ages. Also, See you starside, Guardian™.
