If the sticks on your controller was pressed in one direction accidentally when your system booted up, it locks that position in as default "center". It's happened to me before.
That causes movement issues when looking in any direction or even putting your stick back to center.
Have you tried rebooting your console? If you haven't, give that a shot and make sure your controller is sitting untouched so everything can default back.
If that doesn't fix it, you might try reinstalling/reconnecting your controller to your console (how you do that will depend what console you use, which wasn't indicated).
After that, try a different controller or game to test whether it's the controller or game and narrow it down that way.

Also both of em work fine on ghost and aw. So I might have to send this back to Sony then.
