Call me crazy, but I've been finding my Bad Juju to be the more potent PVP weapon. I know everyone is calling for a nerf to the Red Death, but in my opinion, I don't think that's necessary. I've only got a couple reasons why, so I'm curious as to what the community has to say as well.
1. Bad Juju has higher stability, much higher with the Perfect Balance perk. I am able to land more bullets on head shots much easier with Bad Juju than Red Death. Sure, the Red Death does much much more damage than the Juju in every way, but I felt the stability of Red made it a little harder to keep piling on the precision shots. It's still a daunting weapon, which makes every encounter much more of a challenge.
2. Full Auto on Juju makes it much lazier to fire. Red takes a lot of work! Please note the sarcasm there. But even though you can fire Red as you can pull the trigger, I get more bursts off with the Juju just because I'm able to just hold and go. When both combatants are moving around, as you should be in PVP, then sometimes it helps to be able to fire off more rounds. That's what made ARs so good until Bungie nerfed the base damage of them into oblivion. Give ARs the damage back and I think there'd be a much more varied use of weapoons.
Got a Pulse rifle you prefer? Think I'm right/wrong? Lemme know!

I prefer coiled hiss 1919. It was the first pulse rifle I ever used, and if out preformed shadowprice, which is arguably one of the best legendary auto rifles that has been released. I did a time to empty magazine test and an accuracy test. Coiled hiss emptied it's 30 round magazine almost a second or so faster than it took shadowprice to empty it's 25 round mag. It also had better stability and bullet grouping when compared to shadowprice.

I've had red death for about 3 weeks now and just got bad juju the other night and bad juju is now my favorite exotic for pvp and pve. It's got a great rate of fire and never having to reload is the nicest thing ever for pve. It's stability and sight make getting head shots in pvp extremely easy as well. I loved my red death but I think I'm gunna retire it for a while now until bad juju gets boring. Sidenote: I was having tons of fun running rocs with my Titan dropping endless weapons of light bubbles with bad juju (it's not only useful with warlock+obsidian mind combo)

I don't like the sight on Bad Juju, otherwise it's a very good exotic primary.

i used a maxed out strangers rifle in pvp today and just wow...2.5 bursts to the head and 3-3.5 bursts on body n they dead

Oversoul edict with field scout is pretty darn good, my new favourite

Does it count that I just sharted and my butt itches so I can't come up with a precise decision?
-
Yeh I agree I get more headshots w bad juju for sure but with red death it's a 2 burst kill every time.

Stability isnt an issue for gunslingers.
