I'm curious to see if there are a significant number of players who have never attempted a raid before, despite being the necessary level.
So... if you've hit level 29 or above, comment here with your current level, when you started playing, and why you haven't tried raiding (yet?) :3
Edit: There are a bunch of awesome people who have commented in this thread that they're willing to give unseasoned raiders a hand. If you're considering giving raids a try, why not start by reaching out to one of these players? Just please remember, the biggest requirement in learning how to raid is not your equipment, not your level... it's courtesy, honesty, and an ability to listen more than you talk.
Happy raiding, Guardians!

1 AntwortenHunter level 31, Titan level 30, Warlock level 30, Played since day 1. I have never raided because when I made the witch over to Playstation I left all of my friends on the Xbox universe. I have made a few awesome friends since playing Destiny due to various PVE and PVP activities but have still never raided. My main problem is that my work gets in the way... #firstworldproblems i know. I work 50+ hours a week and when my wife is home I choose to spend time with her more often than not. My only really good day to play destiny is on Mondays when I'm off and she's at work. But having all of that being said, I still vastly enjoy the game. I do my daily's when I have time to and get into Iron Banner when it comes around. I have done a few nightfalls with the couple of friends (who I'm in a clan with now) and have Solo'd the Archon Priest Nightfall a few times. Yes the grind is real and tedious, but it does its job of keeping me playing, and the gunplay in this game makes the grind much more than just that.
