This is probably one of the dumbest posts I've ever seen on here and I've seen a ton of whining. I understand the frustration for lack of PvE support with updates and content, it's incredibly annoying and dumb. But to make a petition for them to stop updating PvP all together because that's what the last patch mainly focused on is absurd. I want them to better distribute patches between both sides of the game, but having them stop working on half the game is completely ridiculous. There should be more focus on PvE support and I'm sure we'll get more soon and as the game comes along. I guarantee they'll have a PvE focused open house in the coming months. Even if this post had 100% for "yes- let half the game be broken because I play PvE more than PvP therefore the developers should bend to my wants and needs" they're not going to stop updates or support for PvP at all. If anything they'd laugh and wonder how people can be so self absorbed and entitled. I hope they distribute updates between both sides of the game in the future, I know they'll get better at it. But alienating half the game and a giant portion of the player base just because you play PvE more is ridiculous. Currently PvP matters are more pressing and complained about, that's why they've had more focus on it. Plus they had to focus on Crota's End and all it's problems before this patch, so now they're focusing on the other side of the game. But they'll get back to fixing PvE problems more aggressively soon.

Learn to read before posting, please, it really makes you look like a complete idiot when you come here to say silly stuff like this. This is an opinion poll, not a "Sign to end PVP Support" petition. I was merely curious to see how many people here would rather see Bungie stop focusing only on PvP and provide the level of patching and updates they have for PvP on the PvE side of the game, many other threads and polls show very similar data, a simple rewording is all this has done to accomplish. "Half the player base" is wrong too, there are statistics rampant all over the internet that clearly show that upwards of 90% of the Destiny playerbase have never touched the Crucible, and even further more, there is a 5 to 1 ratio of players who own the Vanguard achievement but not the Crucible one. The only "half" of the base here are the people who are on the forums which is literally about 0.5% - 1% of the playerbase, and the people who come to the forums anymore are mainly Crucible complainers, actually go through and read most of the threads (I didn't get a Gally, but the bottom player did, Gun X is to OP in PvP). I actually find it a good day on the forums when these threads are drowned out by more important problems in the game, so just stop with fictitious figures, it doesn't work. ON a more serious note, I personally think the only way to officially judge accurate numbers is if Bungie would actually run in-game surveys from time to time. Have the players give their answers in game, actually ask the players what they think about doing certain actions before they are done. Not everyone comes to the website to do things, I've even had numerous LFG groups who don't even know what the "Weekly Update" is.

I apologize, I misunderstood the intent. I thought you meant to stop paying attention to PvP all together and focus solely on PvE. But there's no way only 10% of the players have played PvP. Maybe not half, but easily more than 10%. I play regularly and don't have that specific marks achievement. Plus you get so little marks per match you'd have to play religiously to get it. And playing the strike playlist and doing the weekly content helps get a lot of vanguard marks, unfortunately there's no way to get a ton of marks for crucible like vanguard.
