Pvp was great during Into the Light, as great as the 30th anniversary imo.
Then the final shape came out. Your pvp strike team ruined weapon balance and ammo economy.
- 340 pulses, autos, etc.
Then on top of that prismatic ruined the ability to gun ratio in pvp.
- all of prismatic needs nerfed on all the classes in pvp only but I doubt bungie will put in any effort than the bare minimum in that case.
Clearly there is no hope for bungie to moderately balanced pvp and I am tired of waiting. As when bungie finally gets it great, they take it out back and beat it with a dented rusted crowbar to ruin it again. Then they take a year or more to fix it, just in time to get the rusty crowbar out again.

i like the gun balance we have atm, prismatic need a cd nerf inside crucible, and obv bungie should remove trascendence from pvp

1 ReplyAre you new here? This is just another rotation in the meta of guns and subclasses. Classic. Standard. Routine.

Strand hunter was arguably at its peak effectiveness. The march 5th update was genuinely one of the most refreshing times for crucible, at least for me and my friends. I really liked the transmat system. Autos become strong during the march 5th update, not the final shape. All the final shape did for autos was add Khvostov. 340 pulses have been obnoxiously overturned for years, that is not a final shape problem.
Then on top of that prismatic ruined the ability to gun ratio in pvp.
Strand hunter was arguably worse for ability spam and was relevant for months before the final shape. Again, not a new problem

2 RepliesShotgun crutch and hawkmoon spam and yet u r using prismatic hm

58 Repliesoh hey look another player who doesn't know how to use hand cannons yet "mains them" and doesnt realize khvostov and 340s are the only things keeping them in check right now. both 140s and 120s kill at 0.531 seconds from a peek which is much faster than any auto and any pulse rifle. 120s are the most forgiving gun in the game with precision instrument. learn how to play the game before complaining on the forums. if anything 450 autos need buffs, 120 scouts need to all fire faster at the hip for them not to be useless, all other archetypes need buffs instead of nerfing the game into a hand cannon meta and killing off a lot of the remaining small playerbase. other than that yea i agree about prismatic nerfs.

4 RepliesAh yes, even though all you pvp crybabies already got what you wanted, you're STILL not happy. THATS BEAUSE MOST PLAYERS LEFT GENIUS, enjoy playing nothing but no lifers, sweats, and cheaters. This is what happens when you constantly ask for nothing but nerfs, in a primarily PVE game. Most players have left due to frustration, and now all you have are highers skilled players, more and more cheaters, and no life sweats, with VERY few regular/casual players.

1 ReplyThis guy thinks after all the lay offs they have a pvp team left whahaha

Bungie’s has thrived off the balancing scam for so long. Players get gaslit into thinking contradictory actions are for the sake of improvement. They are always so close to balance…only three nerfs and two buffs away!! Balance has never been the goal. It’s always been organized chaos. The ammo meter improved the special ammo economy. They removed the ammo meter to improve the special ammo economy.

Worst Lag ever! Every normal person would quit Destiny 2 pvp a long time ago. In my case, i'm a Donkey.
