You couldn't carry five other players against a team of top 1% players who play everyday?
[spoiler]matchmaking is exploitative garbage. I agree with you. The streaming class will never give up their "candy" willingly though.[/spoiler]

Thats often not quite the way it happens From what i can gather, lobby balancing works off of averaging elo. So, what i usually see, is a team of people who are all near average elo for the lobby, and a team that has all the outliers. 1 or 2 good players dragged down by people who are very low ELO. Its a match of either those 1-2 good players are good enough to carry, or those 2-5 bad players are bad enough to stop their slaying out from being meaningful.
