I still have at least 15 combat mods to acquire and Ada hasn't had a new one for me in a week, and I've checked daily for at least 3 months. Actually pretty surprised we can even check on the app, since it saves me and I'm sure others from even bothering to log on and be counted.

Bungie is -blam!- We Todd Did. Release mods, make them cost glimmer, whatever; make them accessible! Bungie is not respecting a code of conduct regarding respect towards those who fund the game.
-
It would take less than 2 minutes to sort, simply add a row for well mods and rotate them daily, or better yet, put them all in a vendor at a cost of 0 glimmer, or better yet, you get all previous season mods when you make an account. Either way, the fact that Bungie can't see past their noses is beyond obvious. 0 ability to think past immediate actions.
-
Like they cost glimmer. Why aren't they all available? By this logic, then the subclass abilities from Ikora should also be limited to 4 daily purchases of various abilities & fragments. If we're gonna gatekeep abilities to RNG to punish players who miss a day, then go all the way. Bungie even half-bakes failure.
-
The abiliities and such shouldn't cost anything. Period. It was their idea to shelf the old subclasses, they shouldn't punish the players for it. Look up idiot, you should see a picture of Bungo staff. The decision makers anyway. Look up useless and you should find a picture of the coding staff. I've never seen any other game with so many coding/physics errors in my life. Pathetic.

It's incredible the blatant disadvantage Bungie puts on new players who have to compete against people with decked out masterworked armor with exclusive perks you have no hope of getting unless you win Ada's daily lottery. Nevermind the pve people who will boot you for not having Lucent Blade.

I would say it's intentional and malicious but that would require intelligence and foresight and frankly, they don't possess either.
