Entering Empty Tank Legendary sector, the Overload captain shakes off being stunned with my SMG the first time he gets stunned. I hear the sound effect, and the blast is emitted, but he shakes off the stun immediately. I can stun him the second time, and he stays stunned. This is very repeatable every time I enter the zone with Sundering Blast equipped.
