How it can be reproduced: 1. You have 5 (max) additional bounties, for example, of Crucible. 2. Complete several of them, do not press them. 3. Open companion app, open bounties. 4. App will show that you cannot not buy more additional bounties since you already have max. 5. Press completed bounties in the game. Now you do not have max number of additional bounties. 6. In the app swap app to update. App will still show that you cannot buy more additional bounties because (as app says) you have max.
