Battle.net Account/Steam Use
I know that transferring accounts from Battle.net to Steam ended Dec 1. 2020. With that said, what are players supposed to do if they didn't transfer by then? I eve had the paid for Forsaken DLC. Do I get a refund or what's the deal with that?

If you want to play D2 then you need to start from scratch as all save data is now gone. As for dlc the licence was with Blizzard and as they no longer support D2 the licences are gone. If you want to try for a refund ask Blizzard but they will not give you one. You had 14 months to tell Bungie where to transfer everything in which time both Bungie and Blizzard tried to contact you by email.
