I don't know how many other Charged with Light mods seem to bug out or whether certain things are intended but there seems to be an issue when applying certain mods. At times I have noticed that the Quick Charge mod will not give me charged with light. With Heavy Handed, its secondary perk when active will not give me ammo back at all. I have fixed these issues through unequipping and equipping the mod and they start working again. Hopefully these bugs can be fixed among other possible charged with light mods.
