I am unable to get "Lunar Memoriam" emblem due to the lost ghosts being glitched. I have the triumphs for finding the 10 out of 10 individual ghosts in the "Lunas Lost" under the lore section, but i do not have credit in "Luna's Lost Are Found" under the Destinations under the Moon area. I only have 7/9. I cant get the the other 2 bounties for the ghosts from Eros. I was in a fire team of someone who found the ghost BUT i did not have the bounty. So it somehow counted in the "Luna's Lost" section of lore making Eros THINK i found the ghost, and will not give me the bounties in the "Luna's Lost Are Found" section under the moon in destinations for the ghosts i do not have. Which in turn makes me not able to get the triumph for finding them. Now i am unable to get the lunar memoriam emblem. It is the last thing i need for the Harbinger seal and i have been waiting months for this to be fixed. Please help.
