I honestly don’t think I’ve heard any good news involving this game since well before Shadowkeep released. They tried to spin the Activision break up as a positive for the players but it really only took the pressure off Bungie, thus allowing them to put minimal effort into the game all the while spamming eververse to us again.
Shadowkeep was re-skinned crap, armor 2.0 was poorly executed. I honestly don’t know why I keep sticking around thinking they’ll hit their stride and take this game to its potential. They always come close to greatness then nose dive to failure.
I honestly feel like it’s Luke Smith’s philosophy we are constantly battling. I could be wrong but it seems when he shows up to events promoting the game, we get screwed over hard.
I can’t believe after all the crap that’s gone on lately, your sandbox preview theme is “look, we nerfed more stuff!”
Edit: To be fair SK had some high points like the raid and dungeon but not enough IMO. For example: what is the point of nightmare hunts? (should’ve had exclusive loot) Why didn’t they bring back strike specific loot? Especially since the new strikes have no NF exclusives. Another missed opportunity.
