Make all mods and affinity swaps and god roll weapons/exotics/seasonal pinnacle weapons/vanguard, etc etc... all purchaseable with silver. several reasons, all of them cynical and sarcastic... Firstly, I just want to see the forum fanbois defend the decision. Second, at least then you would be justified in making the "dickish" changes that you make- which make the game less about just enjoying the mechanics of shooting and looting things, and more about obnoxious expenses that make you grind stuff you may not have logged on to do, but you have little choice. Right now instead of making profits, you're just making enemies. Third, it would be a great test to see how many people really think you've been making good choices, and if the game becomes a complete ghost town- you might realize how many people you've been making the game JUST NOT WORTH IT TO PLAY. People don't experiment with their armor and masterwork it because ITS NOT WORTH IT. Because who knows, in 3 weeks it might get nerfed or changed etc etc, or just a new season AKA YOU CANT INFUSE STAT ROLLS JUST LIGHT LEVELS, so if you get a better stat roll piece the masterworking game starts over again so...NOT WORTH IT.... keep making everything NOT WORTH IT, and eventually the majority of people will find it NOT WORTH IT to launch the game in the first place. At least then you'll still have revenue coming in from the 100 fanbois still playing your abusive game.
