Thought I could get it from the dusty engrams but that is the only set that dosent drop from them so if you missed out or dismantled it tuff luck you can't get it back... Also bungie if you read this can you update the weapon bounties to be daily instead of weekly it sucks getting the 50 or 25 kills then waiting 6 days just to do it over and over again RNG is well random so something it adds to the game and something it takes away.
