Armor 2.0 thinks too highly of itself. That's why we have all these problems with it.

Armor 2.0 is severely damaged by how conceited it makes itself out to be, that is its single flaw. It thinks itself to be so pinnacle and endgame that it makes itself such a trial to progress when in reality, it's not THAT much better than what we had before. Its benefit is removing RNG from perks. It then brought it back in a worse way with affinity, negating the only benefit, CHOICE. It then asks an arm and a leg of you to have stronger perks again, which you have to go and grind out anyway. It wants materials that might as well not even be in the game because they're nothing more than conversions of Cores, materials, glimmer, and shards that waste consumable space. Then it chose to slap people's overly expensive investments in the face with the seasonal mod slot outdating all gear (making that slot worthless to invest into long term/permanent builds.) It's almost impossible to suggest balance as a reason for making it irritating because we still live in a reality where no matter what, 6 Izanagis on crack thanks to Lunafaction and a reloader will destroy every raid boss that Bungie ever creates because they're obsessed with damage phases where the guy stands there helplessly with a giant target on his head. You just can't believe it when jokes like this have been running since the beginning and have been progressively failing to not seem one.
