Season of Dawn Quest Design
Bungie what the heck is this? The Saint 14 Quest is the most annoying questline ever. Can’t you design real quests? Just collecting a bunch of sh*t over and over again. The content already isn’t that much and instead of giving us a cool Story driven questline you decided we must collect things again? Can’t believe this.

It was one of the most boring things I've done in D2 since, well not surprisingly, the CoO weapons. Funny how it's all related to Osiris and Mercury. Upgrading these Obelisks just isn't fun either.

1 ReplyAfter doing several mind-numbing tasks, I FINALLY got to an ACTUAL story mission. Which was definitely different. I liked it. But after I finished it, that was it. Like...literally...it. I kept looking at Osiris, checking my director, and looking back at him in case I missed something. Nope. Just. Gotta. Wait. 🤦🏼♀️

Ummm... no. No they can’t. Have you been playing Destiny the last couple of years? They have a well-worn “mad-libs” book they pull out whenever they need a new quest. Expecting anything more than that is a mistake.

1 ReplyMy faith in bungie died when the first obelisk I went to spat out a bounty to kill 90 enemies with a grenade launcher. The second bounty was for 45 sniper precision kills. Hard? Not at all. But they sure are boring.

3 RepliesSeason of the Forge was worse. You had to do a day's worth of busy work before you could even open a Forge. There is such little actual new content that they pad it with a bunch of chores to try to spread it out.

Funny story I was playing with 2 others yesterday at launch midway into the collecting orbs on Tangled shore I hear loud in my headset locker man your snoring . Shut off your mic . I think that’s the first fkn time in history I fell asleep playing destiny . I must have been out cold . Sad when destiny puts you to sleep literally .

Just wait. Literally, you have to wait. Once you do the quests up to a certain point, you have to wait. Probably until the next reset to continue the quest lines.

2 RepliesI’m on the part where you have to obtain the 3 weapons. The bounties that I’m working on to rank my Resonance thing up is what made me give up. Material farming is one and 9 patrols is the other. Not hard at all, but as I got to my 10th material collected I just stopped. Where’s the fun in this? I hop on to relax and enjoy myself but it so tasking.

They dont quality test or play test anything. Not only is the saint 14 quest bad...time suck of launching to planets ensures I only run each obelisk enough to get one of each weapon and never play sundail again.

1 ReplyI played a bunch of it last night, really didn't seem bad to me, did the shotgun kills in Gambit, the 3 bosses i just went to Mars and did the quest there while playing EP. Might not be for everyone but i'm enjoying it so far
