It seems the new Melee Celestial Fire does not proc with some combinations.
-Sunbracers
The Sunbracers exotic perk is very inconsistent with the new Melee. It seems it only procs if all 3 projectiles hit the target. If the target dies within 1 or 2 projectiles it does not proc the exotic perk which is quite sad.
-Impact Induction/Enhanced Impact Induction
The Melee does NOT proc this mod. However strangely a non-charged Melee (the normal Melee in close range) does proc the Mod.
Im trying out different stuff and will update if I find new issues.

Testing last night with bug on Sunbracers and top tee Dawnblade. I could replicate everytime when I did the following. Start with no buffs active. Get a charged melee kill to active sunbracers. Consume a grenade while sunbracers perk is active. Then using the rest of the time remaining of Heat Rises to get kills to refill melee energy. The following charged melee kill [u]will not[/u] activate Sunbracers perk until sometime after the current Heat Rises timer goes away.

It also doesn't count as a melee attack. I was doing something or other that needed 25 melee kills and a) this attack did not count, and b) not even finishers counted. Had to -blam!- them manually. You'd think finishers would count at least, but maybe that's now due to the casino function that plays a random finisher? Just speculating. Or else it was just that one quest, I think it was the Shotgun quest from Osiris.

If you consume your grenade during Sunbracers buff, any following melee kills will not give you the buff. Only temporary solution is to either die or fast travel somewhere.

Can confirm. Sunbracers do not proc when Heat Rises is active.
