I checked the patch notes. it said added support for switch controllers but mine is not working. It only works if I use the BetterJoyforCemu app as a workaround.

Adding my +1 here. Kind of crummy to say it's supported as of 2.7.0 when it clearly does not work at all.
-
Steam Link doesn’t work either. Looks like the entire bottom paragraph of the patch notes didn’t make it into the actual patch.

Hi there, Thanks for your report. We'll pass this information on to the developers.
-
I thought Destiny 2 doesn't support Steam Input with controllers which is why it works with PS4 and Xbox controllers with Steam Input disabled.
-
As the rest, can confirm it's not working.
-
Same here, Steam Controller doesn't work either. They only work when emulating keyboard and not as gamepads, same as before.
-
No other controller working for now man ,thats sux

Each time Bungie implements something like this.... its guaranteed to be broken and not work for while - just give it a few weeks (or months) and it will get patched - thus breaking something else.
-
Same here. Tried Xbox One controller with Steam Link android app on my phone. Destiny 2 doesn't see any controller input buttons - only works if I tell steam controller config to emulate mouse/keyboard inputs.

Edited by AL2009man: 12/11/2019 1:11:32 AMI was really excited to see Steam Input support, which would allow me to use my Dualshock 4 and Steam Controller to work natively, without using a USB Cable (and I prefer using Wireless). (on top of that, adding proper Gyro Aiming via Camera In-Game Action instead of Mouse Input). but I don't see anywhere in the "Recommended" (aka, Developer Configuration) tab... :(
