Back in the day (pre-2009) I used to keep up with Bungie's daily / weekly blog posts. Through this, I got pretty familiar with the company's culture and [b]I remember something about the devs having a sort of hierarchy or tier list that had to do with how long they'd been with the company.[/b] It went something along the lines of: Old Guard Something about Wizards... (maybe) and Newbies? Maybe something about Elders? (which might be where MartyTheElder originated) I also specifically remember a Halo tournament they did (3, I believe) where it was the 'old guard'(?) against the new employees. I don't know why this is bothering me so much but if anyone can find / remember the order and titles of these 'tiers', I'd really appreciate it.
