If the thread encourages negative behavior or breaks the [url=https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Legal/CodeOfConduct]Code of Conduct[/url], they have the option to lock a thread rather than ban users. Ninja's Ninja on here quick to Downvote so no one sees anything, then proceed to bury it in a topic no one reads. now that is hilarious - "I don't like people saying mean things about me so lets just move this post over here to a section no one ever uses to bury visibility" I find it pretty funny that by moving the said post to that topic that it has nothing to do with in the first place, the moderator in question appears to not have a single clue even though he or she can surely not be clueless.
