I think Dark Below, House of Wolves & the included raids ARE our PVE events now... I personally think if they were planning on bringing back Queens Wrath then they already would have.
So, PvE-ers get our stuff through DLC, PvP-ers get Iron Banner pretty regularly (although I've found when bringing your own team, this is a lot of fun). Eventually/supposedly Trials of Osiris is coming...

See, that's the big issue... the DLC stuff and the Raids shouldn't be "events" for PvE players. It's accessible 100% of the time you're playing the game. Something limited-time, with special, event-only (equal stats to IB) gear to show off is what I'm dreaming of. Someone else mentioned Trials of Osiris though. I haven't heard of this, what's been talked about so far?

I'd say take it with a grain of salt, at least until we have a firm ETA on Trials & the details straight from Bungie: Trials of Osiris

I understand what you mean & I agree. Trials of Osiris, from what I've read is another PvP event where you have to earn or receive a token/pass/invite to join. You lose X number of times & you're out until you receive another invite or whatever it is. I'll look for a link.

Well, hopefully that becomes more than just the one Mercury map. Awesome, another event! Boo, it's more PvP lol Thanks for the info though amigo! Much appreciated.

No problem - it also seems to be when the bounty becomes available for Fate of All Fools - if the rumors are to be believed, that bounty is all crucible...

Heh, figures. After all that the last Halo games ended up being (that they made), I really should have expected the PvP focus from Bungie. Besides their obsession with fixing the wrong things in the Raids. Nobody expected that.
