Ok, so here's the sitch:
I am 18 years old, and this is my senior year in high school. I am 6'2", and weigh 224lb, but I'm not really "fat", I guess I'm just heavy-set, kinda like Bane...
I am planning to enter the U.S. military in June, after I graduate. Either Air Force or possibly Navy, and I want to fly UAVs (drones). My ASVAB score that I took at school was 84, which I guess is pretty great.
My problem is that I'm not super confident in my physical prowess, and I'd like to change that. I'm NOT looking to lose a ton of weight, or get COMPLETELY ripped, I just want to trim and slim some body fat.
Any suggestions Flood? Less salt? Personal experience? Please help meh!

I weigh same amount as you and am roughly the same height and I'm definitely not fat. Don't be so self conscious. But if it really concerns you cutting out some lifting and adding in more cardio always helps. That's what I did during soccer season to stay fast
