Ok so a new player hits 20 then his buddy gives him raid armor he's a lvl 30 without doing ne thing when some players spent months with no luck in raid. -blam!- that

So? How does this mean anything? His friend got it through luck, and that's how RNG works. Deal with it. Besides, it was the friend's choice to give it away, not yours. So the justification you're trying make is very flawed. Also to note, the trade off you made as an example was based off the friend's level of importance they set on that piece of raid gear. If they didn't care about the pair of boots they got, they might as well give it to their friend that wanted it. It's a win-win in my book. And loot doesn't require any time played, so... Time played doesn't mean shit and neither does Grimoire in terms of trading.
