if you are for or against state why.
bungie has formally stated they will never and have no intentions of implimenting one, but maybe if enough of the forum pop agrees or disagrees they could in a perfect world listen.
I believe there should be. not for the players or to fix the shitty loot system, but for bungie to keep it's gamers. From a PR standpoint your loot system is flawed, and you have no intent on changing it, so let the players fix it by letting them trade. the game is at a point where there is little to no real world value on raid gear or loot if you are saying there's no trade for RWT prevention.

I Said no in the poll as I believe any open trading system would break the game but I thought maybe and just maybe it could be a super limited one. Such as trading the items on the reward screen only. IE you get a shotgun your buddy gets a pulse rifle from the same strike/game you can trade then and there only. This could improve things for a lot of people. As for materials I don't think so those should be purchasable or exchanged in some way with NPC venders

I guess my mind changed. I answered this moths ago, found it, then changed it to no. Lol

4 RepliesYes for everything except weapons and armor. Weapons parts Materials Shards Cloaks Bonds Silken codex Re supply codes Ether seeds Things that dont matter to the game only the grind
-
Edited by xOFTDx: 8/26/2015 8:08:16 AMNo because it would end up like FIFA. People would end up using real money to sell and buy items to others. Devs can't make skrill off of that.

Yes among clan members. I cant remember how many times my friend has gotten a weapon that fits me and vice versa. He woukd akways say, damn i want what you got! An i say ill trade you all the time lol
-
I'm a mercantile soul. If I have the cash and some one is selling then the deal is struck. TRADESYSTEM makes everything better.

People are commenting arguing against this guy who made this post a year ago!?

Why not ONLY be able to trade gear, not currency. In TTK, they spoke about simplifying the weapon strength and in clips I've seen of gameplay, they replace large numbers with just "light" and a small number like 30 or something. That would simplify trading: you can only trade things with the same light so like if you wanted a scout rifle but only had a hand cannon, trade with someone who had a scout and wanted a cannon. And to prevent trading for good stat/perk roles on legendaries, make it reroll all that when it gets traded
-
Not enough content.
-
3 RepliesNo, the game would soon become pay to win with people on ebay selling exotics/legendaries and others paying through their noses to initiate a trade. Prices would skyrocket and cost more than the game itself because of greedy fcukwits. So no, I don't want a trade system, it would ruin the game completely.
-
Edited by Grinning Skull: 8/14/2015 4:35:56 PMRight now it doesn't even matter because xur is selling ghorn so all trades would be pointless
-
I think its unlikely but it would be nice to have it, problem is there would be no controlling it and also no reason to play parts of some content such as raids where the elemental primaries drop. I would not know anything to suggest it to make is relevent

1 ReplyWho brought this beast back to life? It was posted almost 10 months ago...

No, the amount of people who would sell gally and other exotics for real money would ruin the game and the grind, even now people are taking advantage by selling flawless runs in the trials of Osiris
-
No. Everyone would have everything.
-
That would be dumb and the game would slowly fall apart as we all get fatebringers and black hammers along with gallys and mythoclasts
-
Their would be no grinding.
-
There's only one thing people want to trade for and that's ghorn

YESYESYESYESYES

Why isn't there a HELL NO option? ~RetroActive80
-
No. One reason. RMT (Real Money Trading)
-
People should have to earn their rewards, instead of asking for them
-
It would be helpful to give the less fortunate one of my many Gallies.

4 RepliesTrade's between clans and friends is all we want

A trading system would destroy the game. Research the effects of something like that instead of making your choice based off of opinion or your sheer lack of a certain item(s).
